Exchange policy will be applicable only for those orders in which the wrong item has been delivered to the customer.
To exchange an item, please email our customer service at customersupport@bookoasis.in .
Once your exchange request is accepted and confirmed by us, please place the item securely in waterproof cardboard packaging along with your proof of purchase. Our courier partner will pick up the parcel from your address.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 72 hours of accepting the delivery.
Exchange requests will be accepted only if any of the following conditions are met:
Returned items should be packed securely in waterproof cardboard packaging.
The returned item must not contain any markings, writings, or scribbling.
Exchange requests will be processed within 15 days after the returned material reaches our warehouse.
No delivery charges will be applied for exchange requests.
No refund will be provided for exchanged items.
